No rating system answers the question that matters: how well does this room support sleep? Not how big it is or how it looks. How it performs when the lights go off.

Every study we run today feeds the index. When it's ready, hotels will receive a badge from 1 to 7.

Assessment

A full on-site evaluation of all 63 criteria. No self-reported data: every variable is measured at the hotel.

Score & report

A score by category and a list of improvements ranked by impact. Guests see a single number, from 1 to 7.

Annual renewal

The badge will be valid for 12 months. At renewal, the assessment starts from zero and guest reviews are factored in.

Properties that improve go up. Properties that decline go down or lose it. That's what gives the badge its meaning.
