Sleep studies for hotels

The study

We visit your hotel, measure how guests sleep in your rooms and hand you a report: what you're doing right, what you're getting wrong and how to fix it.

Every element we evaluate has a direct impact on how your guests sleep, and on what they say about your property the morning after.

Sleep quality in a hotel room is not a matter of taste. It comes down to variables that can be identified, measured and improved.

Noise that keeps a guest awake at 2am is the review you read at 8am.

Step 01

We measure

We visit your hotel and review every variable that affects sleep: noise, light, temperature, air, the bed and everything the guest touches. No self-reported data; we measure it in the room.

Step 02

The report

You get a document in three parts: what you're doing right, what you're getting wrong and how to fix it.

Improvements are ranked by impact, so you know where to start.

Step 03

You apply it, or we do it with you

Your team can apply the report on its own. If you prefer, we walk you through it: from targeted fixes in pillows, blackout and textiles to a change of materials with suppliers we already know.

Every recommendation comes with a material reference and a supplier. Your team doesn't interpret, they execute.

Step 04

Your vision. Our standards.

We don't replace your design identity. We work alongside your architects, interior designers and operations team so every change fits your brand, your budget and your timeline.
